Pricing questions
Do you charge per user or per organisation?
Per organisation. Every plan is a flat annual price for your whole company, so hiring another technician or counsellor never changes your bill. Facility Management scales on client companies and sites, and Employee Management uses headcount bands — neither is a per-seat licence.
Is GST included in these prices?
No. Every price on this page excludes 18% GST, which is added on your invoice. As a registered Indian business you can claim it back as input tax credit.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Start a free trial on any module with no credit card. Your portal is live in under a minute, with its own dedicated database from day one.
What happens if I outgrow my plan limits?
You move up a tier, or on Facility Management you add individual client companies at ₹12,999/year and sites at ₹7,999/year without changing plan. Nothing stops working while you decide.
Can I use more than one module?
Yes. Modules are billed independently and you can add one whenever you're ready. Two modules earn 10% off the combined annual total, three earn 15%, and four or more earn 20% plus free Assisted Setup.
Do I have to pay for onboarding?
No. Self-serve setup is free and most teams go live on it. Assisted Setup and Full Migration exist for teams who'd rather we import and configure their existing Excel files for them.
I'm an existing DWD customer. Does my price change?
No. Existing customers keep their current rate on the Starter tier, locked for 24 months. You only pay more if you choose to move up for features you don't have today.
What does the monthly option cost?
Monthly billing is available on every plan at roughly a 25% premium over the annual rate — switch the toggle at the top of this page to see it. Annual billing is the published price because it's how most teams buy.
