About this tool
Which frequencies are supported?
Weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly. Visits are generated for the next 12 months from each asset’s start date.
Can I export to Excel?
Yes — download CSV as well as PDF. In DWD FMS the same plan becomes assigned PPM tickets instead of a static list.
What if an asset has a month-end start date?
Monthly and quarterly dates clamp to the last day of shorter months, so the 31st does not jump to the 2nd or 3rd.
Is this a replacement for a CMMS?
No. It is the plan you already keep in Excel. FMS is the system that tickets, assigns, and reports against that plan.
