One QR scan. A work order. Proof the vendor fixed it.
We're at the Maintenance, Reliability & Asset Management Expo on 8–9 October. Give us 15 minutes and we'll show you a breakdown go from a QR scan to a signed service report, live on a tablet.
Meet us between stands, at the conference breaks or in the food court.
Hydraulic Press 02

Maintenance & FM service companies
You serve many clients across many sites. FMS is built around that: client companies, sites, account managers, rate cards and client-approved quotations.
"How do your technicians report back to clients today?"
Condition-monitoring & IoT vendors
Your sensor spots the problem. Someone still has to fix it and prove it was fixed. Let's talk about your alert becoming a work order through our API.
"When your sensor flags an issue, where does the work order go?"
Plant maintenance teams
Especially mid-size plants still running breakdowns on WhatsApp, phone calls and registers, with outside vendors who are hard to pin down.
"How does a breakdown get reported at your plant?"
A hydraulic press starts leaking. Here's every step, with proof.
At the show you scan the tag on our card yourself, and the ticket shows up on our tablet a few seconds later.
| Stage | What happens | Proof you keep |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · Report | An operator scans the QR tag on Hydraulic Press 02 and describes the leak, with a photo. | Timestamped ticket tied to the asset ID |
| 2 · Assign | The help desk assigns the job to the hydraulics vendor, who gets a push notification. | Who was assigned, and when |
| 3 · Arrive | The technician checks in on site with an OTP, GPS location and a selfie. | Verified site visit |
| 4 · Quote | A seal kit is needed. The quote is priced from the rate card and approved online by the client. | Approved quotation PDF |
| 5 · Fix | Before and after photos, work notes and the client's signature, captured on the phone. | Signed service report PDF with a public link |
| 6 · Review | Dashboards show open, overdue and SLA-risk jobs. The press's history is one scan away. | Full asset complaint history |

Your alert finds the fault. Our work order gets it fixed.
DWD FMS has a REST API v2 with a Create Complaint endpoint. Connecting your platform to it is an integration we'd scope and build with you.
What it does, and what it doesn't
Good fit
- Service companies running jobs for many clients and sites
- Plants managing outside vendors and contractors
- Teams moving off WhatsApp, phone calls and registers
- Anyone who needs client-signed proof of every visit
- Multi-company, multi-site and zone setups, with Excel export
Not what it does
- Predictive, sensor-based or IoT condition monitoring. We work alongside those tools.
- Automatic routing by service type. Your help desk assigns each job.
Questions we expect at the show
Are you exhibiting at MRAM India 2026?
No. We are visiting on 8 and 9 October and walking the floor. There is no booth, so message us on WhatsApp or book a slot and we will meet you at the venue, at the conference breaks or in the food court.
Does DWD FMS do predictive or sensor-based condition monitoring?
No. DWD FMS handles what happens after a problem is found: the work order, the assignment, the site visit and the proof. If you already use condition-monitoring hardware, an alert can become a work order through our REST API v2. That integration has to be built for your setup, so talk to us about it.
Does it assign jobs automatically?
No. Your help desk assigns each job to a technician, vendor, account manager or manager, and that person gets a push notification. Assignment is a deliberate human step, not automatic routing.
Does anyone need to log in to raise a breakdown?
No. Scanning an asset's QR tag opens a public form locked to that asset, so an operator can raise a ticket without logging in and can see that asset's complaint history.
We already run SAP or Maximo. Where does this fit?
Often at the edges those systems don't reach well: outside vendors, contractor visits, client-facing service reports and quotations. Excel export and the REST API v2 are available if you need to move data across. Whether it's a fit depends on your setup, which is exactly what a 15-minute conversation at the show is for.
At BEC on 8 or 9 October? Let's meet.
Send a WhatsApp message with a time that suits you. Bring a breakdown story and we'll walk it through the system.
